After a couple weeks of trouble shooting, and a PILE of help from Kevin and Kyle, it looks like the server is finally behaving itself. Although it was a pain in the ass, the server is now pretty much completed updated and running like a champ again. Thanks for the help guys!
Very quick update. My web server has been acting a bit wonky as of late. Irregular CPU usage, etc. WordPress has been updated, also the server has been upgraded as well. Both additional ram and swap space (Thanks Kev!). Lastly a new kernel has been installed. With luck this will be the end of the crazyness.
Cross your fingers. I will know more over the next couple days.
Sorry for all the down time lately. WordPress apparently ate itself over the last week. After Kevin checked things out, and found nothing actually broken, I ended up upgrading to the latest WordPress, and it seems to have fixed the Cpu usage problems. Long story short, it’s updated, and I think finally fixed. I’m not positive, but there appears to be very little changed from the updates.
EDIT: So sql died last night. Guess it aint fixed 100% yet.
Couple quick updates now that the site is working again. Happy Birthdays go out to Shannon, Uncle Brett and Myself. Better late then never 🙂
Congrats to Melanie and Jeremy Colbert. They were married yesturday at in Grimsby yesturday. Awesome party, and great time was had by all. Especially me, who got to drink for free on my birthday 😉
So many more details could be given, but I am exhausted, and don’t have the ambition to go into them any further 🙂
