Bugs Palace!

Go figure, I have this hot new and easy way to post news, and no ones heard a peep from me since it was changed. Well, I’ve been busy in the background, doing all sorts of migrations for photos and garage galleries etc. Im about 85% complete I’d say.

I have several new updates to post for the beetle and MINI when I get some time, but that will have to wait till we are home from holidays. In about 25 minutes, Shannon and I will be heading to stay in Maui for 2 weeks with our good friends Jim_ and Alicia.

When Im back, I will have a LARGE post completely unrelated to Maui, and likely another HUGE one which is all about Maui. Stay tuned.

First off, I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Jim_ for all the help in getting mySQL, WordPress, and Gallery2 up and going. I have little expirience with databases. (read: none). Thanks to all his help, I’m mostly up and running.

Happy March everyone. I for one am happy that month is over. I don’t have a heck of a lot to say right now. I will start off with good news. A week ago today, Shannon was sent to the hospital with chest pains. 7 hours, and 2 different hospitals later, we were home with a bit of relief but still an overwhelming pile of worry on our heads. Today was the remainder of the tests (stress tests). And thank GOD everything came back clear. Clean bill of health. She’s lucky. I have a lifetime full of plans made out for her and I.

My new springs for the MINI showed up yesturday, and I installed my short shifter as well. Nice and firm shifts are a good thing.
