Boredom breeds postings on here. Couple updates, Shannon and I are meeting with the builder tomorrow night to confirm colours, and get some more information on when thing have to be picked and find out how they are doing for time; IE: will they be done as expected. Lets hope that’s a yes.

Next up, Shannon has an interview with the Town of Haldimand tomorrow. *cross your fingers and toes, and pray to who ever you pray to*. She doesn’t need the job, but it sure would make things easier for her to work in the town which she will soon be living in.

REQUEST: Does anyone still have their OLD Nintendo kicking around? Im not looking for Super Nintendo, or GameCube, I am looking for the OLD Nintendo. The original one. I bought an integrated game when in Florida which has a bunch of games on it, but it is making me want to play some of the games from my youth which just are not on it. (Thing claims 76000 games, but I count like 50 unique games).  If you have one (and any games you may have for it) laying around collecting dust and you want to get rid of it (or even just a loaner until I get my fill) let me know, as I would enjoy it very much. I still have my console, and everything, but am needing the power adapter and games to play on it. Can anyone help me  out?  All I need is the power adapter, and games. I have everything else.

That’s it for now. You go now.

Happy leap day everyone. I figured having this extra day this month, I should do something productive, so I put up an boatload of pictures for everyone to look at. Go to the PHOTO Album page and go through the days at the bottom  and you will be able to watch our holiday as we lived it. Yes, I know some days are missing, those days were in the flea markets etc. Essentially days with little or nothing to see.

I would like to start out by saying thank you to my Grandparents, without whom this trip wouldn’t have been possible. They were kind enough to let Shannon and I come and stay with them for 5 nights at their condo in Cape Coral Florida. Shannon and I had an awesome time with you guys, even though you wore us out. Us old folks are used to walking that much. I still say with the amount of walking you two do around Florida. you could easily walk home in 2 weeks. Thank you both again very, very much. Also, thanks to Uncle Jim for taking us in the boat. It was a blast.

Details? Ask me sometime, I’m not getting into them all here. We did more then I could type. Essentially, if you look at the photos,  you will see where we went, and what we did.

Also, a big thanks to my Family for looking after our puppies while we were away.  I wouldn’t have felt comfortable leaving my babies with anyone but you.  Also, thanks to Donna and Alex *and whoever else took photos of the house construction while we were away*.  Speaking of which HERE Are the current photos of our house in its construction stage. Coming along nicely I must say. 2.5 more months, and hopefully we can move in

Finally thanks to Kyle for lending me your camera. It did an excellent job. I will bring it back next time we are all out.

That’s enough post for me. I’m heading to bed. 20 hours straight driving is a bit tiring. Night all. Glad to be home.

Busy day today. Alex, Foxxxy, Kyle, Melanie, and me went to Toronto for the 2004 Auto show. We had a great time. Very tiring. LOTS of walking and LOTS of PICTURES.  Unfortunately Shannon opted to stay home and prepare for our trip.  It needed to be done. Was sad. As much fun as we all had, I couldn’t stop thinking  how much more fun it would have been had she came.

This evening I ran out to St. Catherine’s to pick up some of my suspension. Got everything in but the sway bars. Alicia or Jim are gonna bring them up on one of their next trips to/from the USA. Hopefully I can find the money to get it all installed shortly after we return from Florida. I’ve vowed not to put it on till the Visa is paid off again, so that is my incentive to save 🙂

Two days till we leave for Florida. I can’t wait. Sleep time. Must rest
